Cancellation information
The tuition and cancellation conditions appear in the required acknowledgement before payment. Your written offer and enrolment correspondence provide the arrangements applicable to your course. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to cancel
Email admission@diplomacycollege.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name, programme and application or payment reference. You do not need to use a special form.
Refunds
Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund processing fee is charged. Any lawful deduction for services already supplied requires the applicable conditions to have been met.
